Allison Nazarian Life Lessons

Yea, I’ve read the books. And watched the programs. Listened to the audios. Watched the DVDs. Of course, I get all the emails and I have followed the experts and I know all the principles.

Believe me, I know all the principles.

You know, the answers.

The Way.

The self-help-personal-development-positive-upbeat-always-on-optimistic-law-of-attraction-secret-fairies-and-unicorns way.

Some days it all makes sense and I can relate and I am in a groove and in the flow.

And some days, well, some days it all seems like a giant, gloppy, messy barrage of bullshit:

Say no.

Say yes.

Breathe.

Go outside.

Wear sunscreen.

Just start.

Go.

Stop.

Act even if you aren’t certain.

Don’t act unless you are certain.

Don’t force it.

Push through.

Moderation.

Go all out!

Go for it.

Save.

Purge.

Don’t burn bridges.

Dump toxic people, leave toxic situations.
