- Group coaching is not a teleseminar or a lecture
- Group coaching is highly interactive and involves transformation (& saying it is interactive does not make it so)
- Group coaching strategy: Focus on just one ideal learner/client for your group coaching program
- Record everything, transcribe everything — everything!
- You are always talking to 1 person at a time so you always have opportunity for conversation–share your personality with one person at a time
- Craft your content so it is marketable and engaging
- People need to know, like, trust and EXPERIENCE you to do business with you over time
- When it comes to group coaching, you don’t have to be a teacher, you do need to be engaging
