Love Your Mess: The Book

I wrote most of what became this book during a very messy period in my own life. As had been my pattern for most of my Type-A/Control Freak life, I agonized over my mess and over the messiness of life in general.

It took some major life changes to help me realize that my mess was OK. I was OK. There was nothing to fix. Or hide. Or sweep under something somewhere. In fact, most of the lessons life had for me were to be found in that very mess.

This book is about accepting the messiness of the ride that is your life: Your mess is beautiful. It is real. It is you. It is even, in its own way, funny. Sometimes really, really funny. Whatever it is, it is yours. Your mess is your message, so no more wishing it away, OK?
